Terms and Conditions
These general terms and conditions apply to all users of holiday home 'Maison Juliette'. Anyone who makes a reservation automatically agrees to the following terms and conditions. A written version can be sent by email on request.

The term “Users” is understood here to mean: anyone who uses holiday home 'Maison Juliette'.

Users must have a permanent place of residence or residence.

Users must follow the instructions of the owners, Mr. and Mrs. Verriest - Pieters.

The administration of the owner is decisive in the event of a difference of opinion, unless users demonstrate otherwise.

Users must comply with the internal regulations (see below). The owner can, in case of violation of the general terms and conditions and / or the internal regulations, as well as if the owner deems it necessary in connection with violation of the law or other inappropriate behavior, immediately deny users access to 'Maison Juliette', without giving any reasons and without refund of the accommodation costs.

The owner is not liable for any damage whatsoever, such as damage, loss or theft of/to the property of the users. All damage caused during the stay of user(s) at 'Maison Juliette' and the contents are at the expense of the user(s). Damage to the property of the owners of 'Maison Juliette' must be compensated by the user(s) to the owner of 'Maison Juliette'. Except in case of intent or gross negligence on the part of the owner.

'Maison Juliette' is exclusively for holidays. Gatherings and parties (such as Bachelor parties and graduation parties) are therefore not allowed.

Please do not make any noise at night and respect the peace in the park / in the forest;

Due to the owner's allergy, pets are not allowed in the bungalow and smoking is not allowed.

In the event of a dispute, Belgian law applies.
Reservation and confirming
The reservation of a stay in 'Maison Juliette' can be made by telephone, by e-mail, via various booking websites or via our own website. The reservation is only final after payment of the accommodation costs, within 2 days after presentation of the payment request by the owner. If the payment is not made within the specified period, the period will be released again to other candidates. When booking via a booking website, the reservation and confirmation rules of those specific websites apply. For direct bookings with the owner, the reservation is only final after payment.

When booking via booking websites, the payment conditions of those websites must be met. For direct bookings with the owner, the following applies:

Reservations with an amount of up to € 500 are paid immediately;

Reservations with an amount from € 550.01, the balance must be paid no later than 4 weeks before arrival;

In the unlikely event that you are unable to fulfill the agreement entered into, please inform the owners as soon as possible by email. In the event of cancellation and if the user does not appear without deregistration (“no show”), the following compensation is due to the owner:

Up to two months before the commencement date of the rent, 15% of the total agreed sum is due;

When canceling within two and one month before the commencement date, 50% of the total agreed costs are due as compensation;

When canceling within one month before the commencement date, 75% of the total agreed costs are due as compensation;

In the event of cancellation / no show on the commencement date of the agreement, 100% of the agreed amount is due.

Check-in, Check-out and park rules
You can check in between 3 and 5 pm (until 9 pm on Friday). You must register at the reception with the booking number that we will provide you with.
If you expect to arrive after reception has closed, please call the park reception on +32 (0) 86 21 27 39 before 4.45 pm to further coordinate the key collection.
Your stay ends at 10 am on the day of departure, you must leave the bungalow before 10 am and sign out at the reception. You hand over your key and used bed linen here. In addition, you must sort your waste and deposit it in the designated place at the entrance of the park.
The instructions of the employees of Holiday Park Sunclass Durbuy must always be followed.
Open fire and fireworks are prohibited everywhere and at all times at Holiday Park Sunclass Durbuy, due to the wooded area and nature in which the park is located. If you wish to have a barbecue, you can do so at the places specially provided for this in the park.
